Bruno Borrione, in close collaboration with Chef Le Quellec, has brought his contemporary and distinctive touch to La Scène restaurant and Les Heures bar to create memorable culinary moments. At La Scène, a show kitchen is the center of attention in the restaurant, as guests dine at minimalist white marble tables.
The hotel’s magnificent patio, which features extensive Art Deco-style mosaics, has been re-thought to create an environment that heightens each guest's sensorial and culinary voyage.
Le Quellec, one of the most promising talents in the French culinary scene and winner of the inaugural French version of the “Top Chef” cooking competition, creates an exquisite gastronomic experience that captures every moment of the day: from breakfast to the bar menu, as well as in-room dining, she introduces global explorers and the local community to distinctive, seasonal dishes.
