Stéphanie Le Quellec
A signature restaurant led by Executive Chef, Stéphanie Le Quellec and designed by internationally acclaimed French designer Bruno Borrione.
In February 2014, Stéphanie Le Quellec and her brigade were awarded 1 Michelin star for La Scène restaurant.
Bruno Borrione, in close collaboration with Chef Le Quellec, has brought his contemporary and distinctive touch to La Scène restaurant and Les Heures bar to create memorable culinary moments. At La Scène, a show kitchen is the center of attention in the restaurant, as guests dine at minimalist white marble tables.
The hotel’s magnificent patio, which features extensive Art Deco-style mosaics, has been re-thought to create an environment that heightens each guest's sensorial and culinary voyage.
Le Quellec, one of the most promising talents in the French culinary scene and winner of the inaugural French version of the “Top Chef” cooking competition, creates an exquisite gastronomic experience that captures every moment of the day: from breakfast to the bar menu, as well as in-room dining, she introduces global explorers and the local community to distinctive, seasonal dishes.
Simplicity and authenticity are the defining characteristics of the dishes created by Le Quellec for La Scène restaurant. "Being part of the team at the Prince de Galles is an extraordinary experience for me and it’s the opportunity of a lifetime to be involved in the reopening of such a legendary hotel”, comments Le Quellec.
“I am committed to creating dishes that have a strong emphasis on seasonal products, infused with culinary accents from the south of France where I spent the past eight years in Provence."

My family just had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. We arrived and were upgraded to a gorgeous suite -- I was surprised, particularly since we had booked the hotel using Starwood points exclusively. The suite was roomy with every possible amenity (even a playstation), and the entire staff was professional, friendly, helpful and kind to my children. The housekeeping service even arranged my daughter's stuffed animals in cute ways each day! My daughter looked forward to getting back to our room to see it. The location of the hotel is amazing -- walking distance to more than one metro stop, and you can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower from that location. Champs Elysees is full of elegant shops and restaurants, and of course, fabulous people watching. Our stay could not have been better, and we will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Paris!
